Coordination

  • Realize that you do need a professional to step-in and guide your rehearsal and wedding day and pull together all of the details you've spent months planning (the only way to free-up yourself, your families & your friends to enjoy the celebration).

 

Then the WEDDING DAY COORDINATION Package is perfect for you!

Services include:

​

  • One complimentary consultation to review details and determine needs.

  • We work together for at least two to four months prior to your wedding.

  • Planning meeting to develop a customized checklist for the wedding day.

  • Additional planning meeting at venue (with on-site coordinator at the ceremony and reception venues, if needed).

  • Confirmation of all vendors two weeks prior to the wedding date to coordinate arrivals.

  • Attend and coordinate / assist with rehearsal, up to two hours, if needed.

  • On-site, Day-of coordination of the wedding to ensure vendors arrive and assist with details.

  • Creation of checklists, timelines, contact lists and floor plans.

  • Create and manage detailed timelines for ceremony & reception to make sure all events go smoothly.

  • Oversee set-up and design of ceremony and reception to your plans (tables, linens, place cards, menus, centerpieces, flowers, unity candle, guest book, programs, favors, etc.) – simple decorating.

  • Receive deliveries, greet vendors at venues & distribute final payments, ensure all is in-place on wedding day.

  • Organize wedding party processional, grand entrance, etc.

  • Cue all major activities on the wedding day and address any questions/issues that may occur.

  • Verify event is on schedule and adjust timeline, if necessary.

  • Manage all of the “little details”.

  • Bring an "Emergency Wedding Kit" to mitigate any potential issues.

  • Pack up any misc items at the end of the evening such as cameras, gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, cake servers, etc.

  • Attend to all last minute details and assist the bride, groom and wedding party with any issues that may arise.

  • Professional coordinator for day-of coverage - up to 14 hours. If ceremony and reception are at different locations, additional fees will be required to cover an assistant.

Wedding Day Coordination Packages start at $1000.

  • All packages assume one location within Thurston, Grays Harbor, or Mason County.  

  • If ceremony and reception are at separate locations, $250 will be added for an assistant.
