Everything in the “Wedding Day Coordination” package plus...
Generally start four months to one year prior to wedding.
6 Additional planning meetings (these can include venue walk-through or attending vendor appointments)
Monthly planning check-ins via telephone or email.
Unlimited emails; one-on-one meetings as required.
Vendor search assistance & negotiations.
Assist with invitation selection.
Budget planning advice & tracking.
Month-to-month bridal checklist.
Research & scheduling of wedding party attire.
Assistance with menu selections.
Additional assistance with planning of rehearsal dinner or lodging for out-of-town guests.
Etiquette advice and event design and decor suggestions for wedding theme, linens, favors, etc.
Create detailed timeline for your special day.
Family liaison; handling of sensitive issues, i.e., seating at ceremony & reception, etc.
Ceremony & reception decor consultations.

Partial Planning & Coordination Packages start at $1500.

All packages assume one location within Thurston, Grays Harbor, or Mason County.
If ceremony and reception are at separate locations, $250 will be added for an assistant.
