Our first meeting with you would be up to two years prior to your wedding.
Unlimited planning meetings/emails/calls (2 hours maximum per meeting).
Site / vendor search, recommendations and contract negotiation.
Out of town guest hotel accommodations.
Realistic budget creation & management.
Decor and theme guidance.
Assistance with the creation & placement of seating charts or escort cards and programs.
Advice on invitations & other stationery items and help with wording.
Assistance with ceremony & reception music program/ entertainment.
Rehearsal dinner planning & coordination.
Assistance with decoration of ceremony & reception site.
Guest list management.
Supervision of set-up & breakdown of ceremony and/or reception sites.

Full Planning & Coordination Packages start at $2000.

All packages assume one location within Thurston, Grays Harbor, or Mason County.
If ceremony and reception are at separate locations, $250 will be added for an assistant.
